What is Hockey FCG

Hockey FCG is a hobby project and fantasy card game. It is not operated by a registered legal entity. By using this service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Beta Disclaimer

Hockey FCG is in beta. The service is provided as-is and may change, break, or shut down at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Do not share your account with others.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Hockey FCG.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

Pucks & Virtual Currency

Pucks are an in-game virtual currency. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

Hockey FCG is a fantasy card game, not gambling. No real money is wagered and no real prizes are awarded.

Acceptable Use

Play fair. The following are not allowed:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to play the game
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
  • Harassing other users
  • Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings dishonestly

Intellectual Property

All game content, design, code, and branding are the property of Hockey FCG. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the game without permission.

User Content

You own any content you create (like your username and profile). We do not claim ownership of it, but we reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these terms or disrupts the game.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Because the game is in beta and pucks have no monetary value, no compensation is owed for terminated accounts.

Limitation of Liability

Hockey FCG is provided as-is with no warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost pucks, service outages, or any other damages arising from your use of the game. Use it at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved informally by contacting admin.hockeyfcg@gmail.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We will try to notify users of significant changes.
